The PBS Piano Group is open to students in grades K-3.  Learn piano in a fun social group atmosphere! Group piano class provides students an excellent introduction to the keyboard and prepares them for more serious private study as well as playing in a band/ensemble. Most importantly, students will begin to develop the skill of playing music with their peers which provides a lifelong benefit.  Our teachers focus on developing the students’ core keyboard skills: hand position, note-reading, chord vocabulary, rhythm, and theory while rehearsing a repertoire of rock, pop, and classical songs.

FALL - 2022

Group Piano meets in Room TBA on Wednesday's from 3:30-4:30, from Sept 14 - Dec 7 (make up scheduled 12/14).  (12 classes) 

No classes on 11/23.

 

Cost for the Fall Group Piano class is $30.  Tuition covers all class materials.  After registration, students are welcome to attend the first class of the session to "try it out" with the offer of a full refund if the class is not a fit.  Please notify us when your student will be absent from class.

WINTER - 2023

Group Piano meets in Room TBA on Wednesday's from 3:30-4:30, from Jan 11 - Mar 8.  (8 classes) 

No classes on 2/22.
